MANAGING DIRECTOR
Bradley brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the Building Management Systems industry. His career began at just 16 years old, starting on the tools. From those early days learning the technical foundations of BMS systems, Bradley steadily progressed through the industry, developing both his engineering expertise and leadership capabilities.
Over the years, Bradley has worked with several well-established BMS companies across London and the South East, contributing to and managing a wide range of complex commercial projects. His experience spans the full lifecycle of BMS delivery — from design coordination and electrical installation through to commissioning, project management, and final client handover.
Having worked his way up from hands-on engineering roles to senior project management positions delivering multi-million pound projects, Bradley founded BIAV Controls with a clear vision: to provide reliable, high-quality BMS solutions built on strong technical knowledge, clear communication, and trusted client relationships.
